Safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) forms the central part of our planning and decision making. We are therefore committed to:

  • SHEQ best practices through benchmarking and opportunities for continual improvement of our SHEQ Management system resulting in improved SHEQ performance, and the timely review and improvement of our objectives. Reviewed objectives shall be communicated to the workforce.
  • Prevention of injuries by providing and managing a safe and healthy environment for our people, and interested parties on construction sites and offces.
  • Attending to the needs of our employees, by promoting, informing them of SHEQ risks and training them and service providers and ensuring that competent personnel meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Identify future resource and technology needs as the company grows through its activities and projects.
  • Reducing any significant adverse environmental impacts and the prevention of pollution which is apparent in the design and development process for new products and service.
  • The prevention of product and process nonconformities thereby mitigating customer complaints.
  • Identify and determine the needs and expectations of other interested parties.

In so doing top management shall focus on the SHEQ Management System, interested parties and legal requirements, demonstrating visible and active leadership with employees and service providers. This policy is available to interested parties upon request.
